I hereby declare that the information provided on this registration form is true and that I have read and agreed to all the notices and cancellation policy. I shall not hold the Aloka Community Inc., and/or the organising committee liable or responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death or costs howsoever incurred or suffered during the entire duration of the 2016 Metta Convention programme to be held at Uluru and (if applicable) Post-Convention tour, including by any other attendee(s)/guest(s).

 

I am fully aware that the A$ 350 per person registration deposit paid is non-refundable.

Delegates must be 12 years or over.

Cancellation Policy

All registration deposits received are non-refundable.

Cancellations of Convention registration before the 20th of December 2015 - refund will be package price less $350

Cancellations between the 21st of December 2015 and the 1st of February 2016 - refund will be package price less $350 less 20% of full package price.

Cancellations on or after the 2nd of February - no refund available.

Cancellation of the Post-Convention tour option before 1st of February 2016 - refund will be package price less 25% of full package price.

Cancellations of the Post-Convention tour option on or after 2nd of February 2016 - no refund available.

Delegates are responsible for their own travel visas, insurance and flights. It is advisable to book flights before registering for the convention.

Packages are based on a first come first serve basis and there are a limited number of packages for each type of accommodation.

To avoid disappointment we recommend you book early.
